The permits are given for the same duration as your contract with the employer. If your contract is for 1 year, the work permit will also be valid for one year. It can be extended on completion. For Middle East Countries, the work permits are mostly given for 2 years.
Presently we have multiple openings for jobs in many areas such as cleaning, driving, construction and warehousing.
Salaries vary. For most middle east roles, the salary range can vary from KES 50,000 to KES 90,000 per month whereas for most roles in Europe, the salary will be KES 100,000 net and above, per month.
Most jobs require no prior education or related work experience as you can get trained on the job. Others like bus driving may require previous certifiable qualifications. Kindly have your CV, Good conduct, and Passport ready before starting the process. Most jobs require one to be under 45 but we do get jobs with an age limit of 60.
It varies from country to country. Most Middle East Countries take 2-3 months on average, whereas most countries across Europe process work permits in 3-5 months.
In almost every situation, accommodation & local transport is provided by the employer. We prefer to target only roles that come with accommodation and transport to and from work.
